Yes, we currently sell to EU customers. However at the moment we do not sell to countries outside Europe.

As you know, the UK is now sadly no longer part of the EU. Therefore please note that orders shipped to EU countries may have import VAT and handling fees levied at the point of delivery. Any such fees are are not the responsibility of Dark Earth.

Don’t worry. If a record or book is available from the label, distributor or publisher then we can certainly order it in specifically for you. Just drop us an email with your request. The world of metal is so massive that unfortunately it’s impossible for us to stock everything (although it’s our dream, of course!).

Absolutely. Just send us an email about it and we will get it ordered for you.

Yes, you certainly can. There is an option for in store collection at the check out stage when ordering with us.

For UK customers we use Royal Mail 48 with Signature, and for our EU customers we use International Tracked and Signed shipping. On request we can also send you tracking details for your order when it is dispatched.

We always use the most high quality cardboard mailing products. These are designed specifically for the safe transportation of vinyl records and books. At the moment we are up-cycling a lot of mailing materials, so you are not paying for the packaging, only your postage/shipping.

Oh dear, that’s a rare occurrence. We always pack your orders immaculately (so they would almost withstand an act of the gods). But don’t worry, we have your package insured. You can return the item(s) to us. However, first please send us an email with photos and description of the damage incurred.

In principle, we would love to! Please just drop us an email and let’s have a conversation.
